Ballad of the White Cross
Our name is known from coast to coast
No men alive have more to boast
So we raise our glass and we make a toast
To our White Cross Company!
We don't have any fancy things
We'd be last to say we live like kings
But as long as no one pulls our strings
We pledge our lives to the White Cross Company
Shame on you who has an ache
For he has no room for those who flake
He never seems to take a break
The leader of our White Cross Company!
We do our time, we get our leave
We never waste our short reprieve
At least we never have to grieve
In our White Cross Company!

So this is my plot page!
Friends
At this point, the only people I see already being his friends are those that he went through training with. If you want to build a friendship, you'd need to come from a background that he respects or the circumstances would have to be really interesting.
Subordinates
Anyone who wants to be of a lower rank than he is (And you can message me if you need help with that) is more than welcome to be part of the White Cross Company (That's his family's personal banner/insignia, based on the Swiss flag and coat of arms). Basically he doesn't pay for a lot of extras, he can be a jerk and isn't usually that nice. But he gives clear orders and he usually guides by a good moral compass.
Superiors
Basch would defer to anyone of superior rank. He's not one that views bosses as friends and he generally tries to stay away from his superiors as much as possible because he doesn't like the oversight.
Enemies
If you're a pirate or any other type of outlaw, any type of rebel against the Draconians, then you're automatically his enemy. Military figures of equal rank might also become rivals.
Lovers/Romantic Interests
For plot reasons, this is put on hold for the time. People are free to crush on him if they want, he probably won't understand what they're getting at and if he does he's not likely to respond well.
