° A-dditional features || Feliciano's always been described as somewhat womanly, at least when it comes to his figure. When he was younger, he used to be confused for a girl by strangers visiting his Grandfather. In order to make himself look at least somewhat like his gender, the young man now wears a dark blue uniform adorned with gold and lots and lots of ruffles. (Most likely, his grandfather bought it for him.) When he's painting though, his outfit becomes simpler, and he even adorns an apron so that he doesn't get messy paint all over himself. { Click meee to see the full outfit, drawn by Mai~

° P-ersonality ||
In comparison to his brother, Feliciano is the optimist, the yin to yang. He's smiling constantly, due to his short attention span and his overall happiness. He's dense, extremely so, and he can't read the atmosphere at all. He cries a lot and he can't fight to save his life, and he's clingy as well. Once he's in a good relationship with a person, no doubt he will cling to them like glue. (His brother is a good example of this.) So, the best word to describe Feliciano would be useless. However, he does have a big heart! Anyone he meets, he likes. He might not remember your name, but he will like you, and especially so if you are a pretty young woman. There is also a sense of blissful ignorance that floats about Feliciano. If he's afraid of something, or if there is a problem he doesn't want to think of, he simply stops thinking of it! This, as you can imagine, is not well-perceived by others. If a stranger was to describe the young man, they would most likely use 'stupid', 'airheaded', or 'simple minded'.
Another bad fault about Feliciano would be how easily he cries, and how utterly loud he is. It doesn't take much to get the young man to cry. He'll cry if he's fed bad food, he'll cry if he's yelled at, he'll cry if he's forced to do work. As for being loud, the man is known to produce random sounds when he's alone or not being talked to, the most common being “Veeee”. But enough about the bad faults, he does have his good ones! Included in his list of good traits is his stubbornness to believe in the good of people. Where his brother only sees the bad in people and pushes them away, Feliciano sees the good and welcomes people into a friendship. This has awoken a goal within himself, and that goal would be to have a friend in at least one part of all the towns. It's a very naïve thought, but it keeps him happy. Feliciano hasn't realized just yet that he'd have to leave home to do so, but no doubt it will hit him...eventually. Another positive trait is his ability to make artwork and cook, along with cleaning. His grandfather made sure that he got the best tutors, why, Feliciano never knew. Art is how he vents his feelings, since he's too afraid of all his other emotions to stop smiling. As for cooking, that's just a side hobby!
He also has a few weird habits, like sleeping randomly and going pantsless, rolling around on the ground and making up random songs that have no relevance to anything, really. It's deemed him odd in the eyes of a few.

° H-istory ||
Feliciano was always the more pampered child. He was too young at the time to realize what was happening between his older brother and himself, he just knew that Lovino was the angrier, more bitter child. He didn't know why, but he couldn't do anything about it, so he simply...let it happen. While he was getting lessons in the arts and in cooking and cleaning, Lovino was getting military lessons. When Lovino wanted attention from their Grandfather, he was yelled at. When Feliciano wanted attention however, it was given to him with a big smile and a ruffling of the hair. Often the brunette would wonder why his brother was treated harsher than himself and why he didn't get to learn the arts. He would wonder why his poor older brother would get yelled at when he wanted hugs, when he wanted to be held by their Grandfather. He was always too afraid to ask Lovino about it though, so he let things continue on in this fashion, though there were one or two attempts by himself to get their Grandfather to treat Lovino nicer. They didn't go very well, obviously. Feliciano hid his pain with a smile, where Lovino hid his with a frown. Though the two weren't as close as they should have been, it didn't stop Feliciano from worrying. He might not have been paying attention to every little detail, but he at least noticed how unhappy his brother was.
As they grew up, Feliciano's smile grew more and more worried and Lovino's smile became scarcer and scarcer. He watched as his brother came home one evening—Lovino being 13 and himself being 10—the older exclaiming that he had been mugged but had managed to fight the mugger off. Expecting praise for his brother, Feliciano watched instead as he was yelled at and even scolded for what he'd done. He next watched as his brother's shoulders slumped over in what Feliciano recognized as giving up. That was the final strand, something in him realized. Lovino would try no longer. And sure enough, the thread tying the two brothers together split in half completely.
One moment, Lovino was there and unhappy as always and the next...he was gone. Just before Lovino disappeared, Feliciano soon learned of what was happening between the Pirates, the Military, and the Ruthians. While that all played out, Lovino made his escape into the night, leaving everything far behind himself without a trace. Their Grandfather flew into a fit of rage of course—not good, considering his age—and sent out a couple of military men to search for the boy. Fortunately for Lovino, he wasn't found. Now that Romano is gone, it left Feliciano as the successor for their Grandfather's place, something which he thought he'd NEVER have to do.
His brother's sudden absence hurt more than Feliciano would ever let on. Not long after, he learned of his Grandfather's horrid character, and what he'd done to push Lovino so far. For the first time, Feliciano felt like a terrible brother and a terrible person. He blamed himself for Lovino's unhappiness over the years and the idea ate at him deep down to his core. He often wonders about the other as he sits in his birthtown of Granor, spending idle time at the mansion painting and cooking to impress a few lady friends. He wonders if Lovino is happy now, he wonders if he's safe, he wonders what the older has seen, what tales he has to tell...He wishes he could apologize to Lovino for everything that's happened. He wants to have a stable relationship with his older brother and he wants to make up for all the years of ignorant bliss of the horrid condition of the separation between them. But those are just idle wishes; he has an ailing Grandfather to take care of. He is the only successor now, and to be honest, that thought frightens Feliciano more than anything he can think of. It's only natural that he would try to keep the old man alive as long as he could.

° R-oleplay example ||
“Veeee...” Staring up, Feliciano wondered why the ingredient he needed had to be on the top shelf. It wasn't like he was the tallest man either. Biting his lip, he looked around. Where were the few servants Grandfather had hired-? Not here, apparently. Frowning a little, amber eyes focused back on the can of ground up cinnamon. This was a serious situation, Feliciano had to concentrate! Maybe, if he stood on tiptoe...Sticking his tongue out, the young man tried just that. Nope, still too short. Hmm...what to do now...Maybe there was a box nearby. Looking about, he didn't see one. Darn it! Where were his tall friends when he needed them? Maybe...he could climb up to the cinnamon. Nodding determinedly, the young man rolled up his sleeves and set a foot on the bottom shelf.
Slowly, he began his climb upwards. The shelf creaked in protest, but Feliciano paid it no attention. Almost there, almost...he could feel that cinnamon now! At last it came into sight, and the brunette smiled. Reaching a hand out he grasped the cyllander and gave a yell of delight. ...Oh dear, how to get back down now? Looking behind himself, it wasn't that far of a jump, was it? Maybe he could make it...This was a serious situation again. Brow furrowing in concentration, Feliciano weighed his options—which made his head hurt. There was climbing back down, or jumping...Jumping would be more fun! Mind made up, Feliciano took a breath...
And leapt off the shelf. For a moment, he felt like he was flying-! The wind flowing through his hair was amazing. Then he landed, surprisingly on his feet. With a smile, he looked at the cylinder of cinnamon. He'd done it! Without anyone's help, either! For a moment, Feliciano felt proud of himself. That is, until he heard a creeeeak and looked backwards. He watched the shelf tip over and his expression remained in the same smile for a moment. Realizing what he'd done, and that someone would no doubt be there soon to yell at him, the boy did what he did best, and promptly ran away from the scene, and back to his cooking. He could hear the servants behind himself and he wondered if Grandpa would figure it out...Well, at least he'd had fun! All that was left to do now was to stop thinking about it, and return to his cooking. And that's exactly what Feliciano did.
