Feilks has forceful personality. He always gets what he wants, never taking no for an answer. He may seem bitchy toward those he doesn't like, specifically any authority figures. But he stands up for his friends and only wants their happyness.
He's a stickler for social rules and demands to be treated like a lady when he's wearing his dresses, even if he doesn't quite act like one.
Feliks takes pride in his work, even if he does it behind closed doors and out of the back door. He works on the two out of three principal; good, cheap, or fast, you could only get two of the three. But at the same time he tries to offer fair prices to his sellers and keeps in mind his clients' situations, he charges what people can afford and will demand more money from his clients who have money. While he will make deals on firearms and explosives, he will not handle them himself, due to a fear of explosions. Feliks will not question the origin of items that pass through his services, though he has a merchant's hatred of theft and couldn't imagine doing it himself.
While he may seem like a self serving man, only interested in making money, Feliks takes in orphans into his home and works to find them homes or professions. He will also take in travellers, renting out rooms in his home.

° H-istory ||
Feliks' parents were minor nobles and semi successful merchants in Regrack. Their warehouse was targeted during a raid, and both of his parents were killed. Feliks was injured in the explosion. It's where he got his scars, a flaming pile of debris hit his back. To support himself he started selling his family heirlooms. Once people got wind that he could find items of intrinsic nature and keep it discrete, he started taking requests for larger and more difficult items. Whether it's a box of chocolates or an airship, Feliks could find it.
Eventually Feliks had to move because rivals wanted him dead. He set up shop in Granor in one of the nicer homes and was seemingly a well to do gentleman. He held business out of the backdoor. He has come close to being arrested several times, and escaped either by running away or bribing someone.

° R-oleplay example ||
It was a job for one of his regular clients, supplying him with special candies every month. It was getting harder and harder to find the specialty treats, as they had to be smuggled into the city from Southern Mastariph and the city guards were catching wise to his patterns. Feliks had to be extra careful around them, he even had some new gowns made so they wouldn't recognize him as easily.
Feliks walked down the street, his skirts concealing the gold that he had to trade. It made his stride slightly awkward but he was used to it. The guards never checked a lady's skirts, that would just be rude, so it was the safest way to smuggle things. Feliks hoped his contact wasn't late, he never liked waiting in the allies with trade goods, you never knew when a ruffian would mistake him for a whore and mug him.
Feliks got to the pre-aranged meeting spot and sighed in relief when he spotted his contact. The man was a non-descript fellow, one you couldn't pick out of a crowd, and that's what made him perfect for his line of work.
"Hello, Liet. A fine day for cloud gazing." It was thier pre aranged signal phrase, meaning he was there to pay for the sweets.
"A fine day indeed, and the sun makes the clouds a lovely golden shade." His contact had the goods, but was asking for more money. Feliks swore to himself, he'd had the foresight to bring a little extra, here's hoping it was enough.
"It's hot, let us find some shade." Feliks asked for a private place to discuss things further without fear of being overheard. The man nodded and offered his arm to the "lady." Feliks set his hand lightly on the arm and let himself be led to a rather shady looking Inn. The blonde sneered at the filth but was led into a relatively clean room. "How much?" Feliks leveled the guy with a no nonsence look, it was all business now.
"Had to bribe a few guards..."
Feliks rolled his eyes, it was just the usual ploy. He reached down into his skirts, pulling out the pocket with the gold, "That should cover everything." and tossed it to the man. The brunette caught the bag easily and weighed it in his hand before nodding. The contact then pulled a paper wrapped package out from under the bed and handed it to Feliks.
